TMSA Public Charter Schools, NC: Performance Audit 

Evergreen was hired by TMSA Public Charter Schools to conduct a Performance Audit. Evergreen will perform the following tasks: assess TMSA’s alignment with best practices in governance, instruction, finance, HR, safety, and operations; identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and compliance gaps; benchmark against peer and high-performing charter school networks; and deliver actionable recommendations to guide strategic planning and continuous improvement for TMSA.
