Prince Edward County Public Schools, VA: Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by the Prince Edward County Public Schools (PECPS) to conduct a Compensation Study.   Evergreen will examine external equity by comparing the salaries of staff and teachers of PECPS against market peers in order to assist the division in be able to better retain and recruit a talented workforce.
