Evergreen was hired by the City of Takoma Park to conduct an Employee Compensation and Classification Study. Evergreen will perform the following tasks: analyze internal equity and provide potential solutions to address any inequities identified; define and identify relevant labor markets and survey sources; recommend adjustments to ensure salaries remain competitive in the marketplace; and analyze pay of comparable public employers in the region and provide recommended benchmarking. At the end of the study, Evergreen will develop a final report and present the findings to the City Manager, Mayor, City Council and City Unions.
