Woodlands Water, TX: Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by the Woodlands Water to conduct a Compensation Study. Evergreen completed an assessment of current conditions; conducted an external labor market salary survey; and produced a new pay plan that best meets the needs of Woodlands Water from an external equity standpoint. Evergreen also developed recommendations for a maintenance program, finalized, and presented recommendations.
