Woodlands Water, TX: Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by the Woodlands Water to conduct a Compensation Study. Evergreen will complete an assessment of current conditions; conduct an external labor market salary survey; and produce a new pay plan that best meets the needs of Woodlands Water from an external equity standpoint. Evergreen will also develop recommendations for a maintenance program and finalize and present recommendations.
