Town of Plainville, CT: Classification and Total Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by the Town of Plainville to conduct a Classification and Total Compensation Study. Evergreen will review the current classification grade methodology and propose recommended strategies for the Town; identify career ladders and promotional opportunities; recommend an appropriate salary range for each position based on the classification plan; recommend implementation strategies; identify any extreme current individual or group inequalities and provide a recommended corrective action plan and process to remedy these; recommend and provide implementation strategies related to other key compensation practices; and conduct a compression analysis to include any recommendations for implementation.
