Evergreen was hired by the South Mississippi Housing Authority to conduct a Salary Study. Evergreen’s consultants will perform the following tasks: collect data from comparison agencies including current pay ranges, and other operational data necessary to evaluate positions; review the current classification system and provide any recommendations for improvement; identify potential pay compression issues and provide suggestions for solutions; and develop and present to the City’s administration recommendations regarding the implementation of proposed changes to the City Classification and Compensation Plan as well as the costs associated with implementation scenarios.
