Jefferson County, TN: Job Classification Compensation Study and Analysis

Evergreen was hired by Jefferson County to conduct a Job Classification Compensation Study and Analysis. Evergreen will conduct a comprehensive salary survey to include all relevant benchmark positions; recommend a formal pay plan; and develop an implementation plan. Evergreen will also examine current job classifications and the provisions of applicable law, regulations, and procedures governing the job classifications; finalize job class specifications and recommend appropriate classifications for each employee; establish career ladders/promotional opportunities for each classification; and prepare and present a report of findings and recommendations, including a discussion of methods, techniques, and data used to develop the classification and compensation plan.
