City of Staunton, VA : Classification, Compensation, and Benefits Study

Evergreen Solutions is retained by the City of Staunton to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study. Evergreen’s consultants will conduct a market analysis of select municipal positions with comparable and surrounding jurisdictions to determine the City’s market position as well as a job analysis to determine the appropriate hierarchy of jobs within the City and in order to update class descriptions. In the end, Evergreen will provide recommendations and implementation strategies to update the City’s current pay plans.
