Leon County Schools, Fl; District-Wide Classification and Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by Leon County Schools to conduct a District-Wide Classification and Compensation Study. Evergreen conducted a comprehensive position evaluation; evaluated and recommend new classifications where appropriate; incorporated opportunities for career progression steps within specific classifications; made recommendations as to whether pay ranges are appropriate; created, developed, and revised job descriptions for all positions; conducted an internal comprehensive job evaluation; evaluated the existing compensation structure and provided change recommendations; conducted a review between job titles and responsibilities; and developed an implementation strategy and provide plan options for an updated compensation structure.

City of St. Louis, MO : Employee Classification and Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by the City of St. Louis to conduct an Employee Classification and Compensation Study. Evergreen conducted a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of all 6,700 jobs within the City to determine relative value within the organization; evaluated all current job classifications; conducted internal salary relationship analysis and made appropriate recommendations; identified and recommended a relevant salary survey benchmark; identified potential pay compression issues and solutions; and provided a maintenance strategy to maintain.

Northwest FL Beaches International Airport, FL: Compensation Study

Evergreen was hired by Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport to conduct a Compensation Study. Evergreen conducted a Compensation Study and provided recommendations to ensure that the District remains competitive in the marketplace and can continue to attract and retain a talented workforce at current market rates.

Parker University, TX: Compensation Study

Evergreen was retained by Parker University to conduct a Compensation Study.  Evergreen conducted a salary survey to determine whether the University’s salaries for staff and faculty were competitive in the market in order to better assist the University in recruiting and retaining a quality workforce.

Calaveras County, CA : Organizational Structure and Staffing Analysis of HHSA

Evergreen was hired by Calaveras County to conduct an Organizational Structure and Staffing Analysis of the Health and Human Services Agency.  Evergreen determined whether the department had adequate staffing to perform its mandated requirements.

Genesee County, NY; Compensation Consultation Services

Evergreen was retained by Genesee County to provide Compensation Consultation Services for all full-time positions in the public sector. Evergreen provided recommendations to address any anomalies within current pay structures. Evergreen conducted a survey of salaries; conducted interviews and/or job audits; provided recommended salary ranges for each positions; provided a recommended strategy for implementing any changes; provided training for County staff to enable them to effectively use and maintain the market competitiveness.

Superior Court of California, County of Monterey, CA; Classification and Compensation Study

Evergreen was retained by the Superior Court of California to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study. Evergreen performed the following tasks: ensured appropriate compensation for all Court employees; ensured appropriate classifications and position descriptions to accurately reflect current duties and responsibilities; provided salaries commensurate with assigned duties; provided benefits commensurate with comparable government agencies; provided a justifiable pay differential between individual classes; and maintained a competitive position with other comparable government entities and private employers within the same geographic areas. 

Onslow County, North Carolina; Classification and Compensation Study

Evergreen was retained by Onslow County to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study. Evergreen provided an updated market study of comparable entities, evaluated the current compensation and classification, performed a pay compression analysis of all County positions, and developed policy recommendations for the administration and maintenance of the classification and compensation system.

Victor Valley Transit Authority, California; Compensation and Benefits Study

Evergreen was retained by Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) to conduct a Compensation and Benefits Study. Evergreen addressed changes in operations and staffing over the past several years to ensure that positions performing similar work with the same level of complexity, responsibility, and knowledge, skills, and abilities were classified together, and to ensure VVTA was competitive with relevant labor markets.   

Colorado River Water Conservation District – Compensation Study

Evergreen was retained by Colorado River District to conduct a Compensation Study. Evergreen conducted a custom salary survey and reviewed published data to determine base salary practices among targeted relevant employers in the area. Evergreen used market data to create a comparative analysis of the River District’s current pay plan and provided observations and recommendations supporting the River District’s compensation strategy of maintaining a highly competitive compensation plan.
