Jasper County, SC: Classification and Compensation Study

Evergreen Solutions is retained by Jasper County to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study. Evergreen will conduct a market analysis of select County positions with comparable and surrounding jurisdictions to determine the County’s market position. In addition, Evergreen will conduct a job analysis to determine the appropriate hierarchy of jobs and whether the County is internally equitable with its salaries.
